Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with GOTKUBEK. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and wholesale order issues are handled for purchases made through shop.gotkubek.com.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy.

1. Consumer Returns (D2C Orders)

If you are purchasing as a retail customer for personal use, you may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • unused;
  • in the same condition in which you received it;
  • in the original packaging; and
  • accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

Returns sent back without prior approval may be refused.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • used items;
  • items that are damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear;
  • items returned without original packaging;
  • clearance or final-sale items;
  • gift cards, if any;
  • digital products or downloadable products, if any;
  • custom, personalized, or made-to-order products, if any.

If a product is marked Final Sale on the product page, that item is not eligible for return or refund unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Clear disclosure of limited or no-refund terms is important for U.S. sellers because posted policies often control whether change-of-mind returns must be accepted. 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shop.gotkubek.com. Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a brief description of the issue; and
  • clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

If we confirm the issue, we may, at our discretion:

  • send a replacement;
  • issue a full refund;
  • issue a partial refund; or
  • provide another reasonable resolution.

4. How To Start a Return

To request a return, email returns@shop.gotkubek.com with:

  • your full name;
  • your order number;
  • the item you want to return; and
  • the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address.

Do not mail items back without contacting us first.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error or because the product arrived damaged or defective:

  • the customer is responsible for return shipping costs; and
  • original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, because we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Refunds may be denied or reduced if the returned item is not in its original condition, is missing parts, or shows signs of use not caused by us.

7. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you need an exchange, contact support@shop.gotkubek.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not already been processed or shipped.

If you want to cancel an order, contact support@shop.gotkubek.com as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must go through the return process, if eligible.

9. Refused Packages and Undeliverable Orders

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we may deduct the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any carrier fees from the refund.

10. Wholesale / B2B Orders

All B2B / wholesale orders are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing by LVG International LLC.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on wholesale orders except when:

  • the item arrives damaged in transit;
  • the item is defective on arrival; or
  • we shipped the wrong item.

Any claim involving a wholesale order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to whoesale@shop.gotkubek.com, together with the order number and clear supporting photos.

If a wholesale claim is approved, our remedy will be limited, at our option, to:

  • replacement of the affected item;
  • store credit; or
  • refund of the affected portion of the order.

We are not responsible for lost profits, business interruption, or other indirect or consequential damages related to wholesale purchases.

11. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in refusal of future service or cancellation of future orders.

12. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, strikes, or other events outside our control. Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
